Shipping and Returns
Processing Time: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, plus shipping time (except pre-orders).
Shipping Tips: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For faster, more reliable delivery, select FedEx or UPS. Delivery times depend on the carrier once shipped.
Order Status: Check your email (including spam) for tracking info. If you haven’t received a shipping email, please wait up to 3 business days before contacting us.
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days, of the date you received your order. Due to the nature of bath bombs, body products, and soaps, we do not accept returns of those products.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: Must be in the original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns on final sale items, bath and body products, or gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us using the "Contact us" option with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (with in 48 hours of receipt), and we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
